Andrade Haughton

Founder, Director & President.
Chair, Events & Fundraising Committee


Andrade Haughton is the Founder of the Lynette Louise Haughton Foundation, where he provides strategic leadership and long-term vision. He presides over Board meetings, represents the Foundation publicly, and ensures mission alignment across all initiatives. His leadership is rooted in sustainability, integrity, and purposeful service.

Driven by the desire to honor Lynetteโ€™s life through lasting and impactful work, Andrade established the Foundation to support youth sports, empower girls in athletics, and provide educational opportunities for students and families. He focuses on building meaningful partnerships with schools, community organizations, and donors to expand access and opportunity.

Andrade is also the author of Stirring Emotions: A Culinary Journey, a memoir-cookbook that explores grief, resilience, and the healing power of food. Through his writing and speaking, he shares messages of presence, purpose, and community. With decades of leadership experience as a business owner, consultant, and nonprofit founder, Andrade brings a results-driven and compassionate approach to community engagement and organizational growth.

Donna Banville

Director & Vice President


Donna Banvilleย  brings decades of professional experience to her role as Vice President of the Lynette Louise Haughton Foundation. She has a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and organizational support. Donna supports the President in leadership duties and steps into the Presidentโ€™s role when needed to ensure continuity and steady governance.

She is known for her dedication to community service and for making a positive impact in every endeavor she undertakes. Her collaborative approach helps strengthen partnerships and supports the Foundationโ€™s mission of empowering youth and expanding educational opportunities.

Donna has over 20 years of experience as a legal assistant across multiple law firms, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and governance awareness to the Foundation. She studied Criminal Justice at University of Massachusetts Boston, earning a Bachelor of Science degree, and also completed coursework in Criminal Justice at Northeastern University.

Jennifer Alden

Director & Treasurer


Jennifer Aldenย brings a commitment to financial accountability and long-term sustainability to the Foundation. Her responsibilities include preparing financial reports for the Board and supporting budgeting and compliance processes.

Jennifer is an experienced banking professional, having worked at Eastern Bank for 20 years. She currently serves as a Real Estate Legal Assistant at John E. McCluskey, Esq. P.C., where she supports legal and transactional processes. Her combined financial and legal experience strengthens the Foundationโ€™s fiscal oversight and operational integrity.

Elizabeth Marcella


Secretary

Elizabeth Marcella plays a central role in maintaining the Foundationโ€™s official records, preparing meeting minutes, and supporting transparency across all administrative functions of the Board.

Bridget Boursiquot


Chair, Outreach & Community Partnerships


Bridget Boursiquot is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and founder of Bridge to Healthyself, where she provides web-based therapy, coaching, ADHD evaluations, and couples workshops.

Bridget holds a Masterโ€™s degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Clinical Psychology from Syracuse University. She brings expertise in mental health, communication, and community engagement to the Foundation, strengthening its outreach efforts and commitment to supporting youth and families.

Maureen Woodford


Chair, Program & Scholarship


Maureen Woodford brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her role with the Lynette Louise Haughton Foundation. She earned her Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Development and Early Childhood Education from Lesley University and currently works as a self-employed business owner.

Maureen contributes extensive professional skills, including leadership, communication, standards and compliance oversight, and strong teamwork. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she takes a diligent approach to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

She plays a crucial role in helping ensure that opportunities provided through the Foundation are fair, impactful, and aligned with its mission.

Amy Roscoe


Member, Outreach & Community Partnerships Committee

Amy Roscoe brings over two decades of banking and financial leadership experience to the Lynette Louise Haughton Foundation. She currently serves as AVP, Branch Manager at Eastern Bank and previously held progressive leadership roles at HarborOne Bank, where she developed deep expertise in branch operations, compliance, financial reporting, and team development.
Throughout her career, Amy has led staff, strengthened operational systems, and ensured regulatory and financial accountability. Her background in financial oversight, customer engagement, and community-focused banking enhances the Foundationโ€™s outreach efforts and partnership development. Amyโ€™s commitment to integrity, service, and strong community relationships aligns closely with the Foundationโ€™s mission to support youth, opportunity, and community.

Jenna (Caffelle) Pellerin


Member, Outreach & Community Partnerships Committee

Jenna (Caffelle) Pellerin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. She currently serves as a Trademark Paralegal at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP in Boston and previously spent over 13 years at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, advancing to Senior Trademark Paralegal.
Her expertise includes trademark docketing, legal compliance, case management, and procedural oversight. Jenna holds a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Political Science from Bridgewater State University. She is also a Certified Trademark and Patent Paralegal.
Jenna brings strong analytical skills and regulatory expertise to the Foundationโ€™s outreach efforts, supporting transparency, structure, and responsible governance.
